Why do i have an extra wire on my wiring harness for my aftermarket stereo?
Im trying to put in a new stereo in my car but the new wiring harness for my car has a blue/black Amp wire, but my stereo harness doesnt have any other extra wire to connect the blue one to. Plus i dont have a amp. So what do i do with this extra wire?
That wire would go to your amp to turn the amp on. but you do have one. So just tape the end of the wire so it can short out and your good to go.
