need an opinion on a laptop im about to buy!?
i wanna buy a semi decent gaming laptop and i customized one from ibuypower.com. i just wanna run the latest games like Bad Company 2 and Starcraft 2 on it with medium to high graphics. here's the specs on it:
15.6" Full HD 1920x1080 Widescreen LCD
Intel® Core™ i5-520M Mobile Processor (2x 2.40GHz w/ turbo boost to 2.93GHz) processor
or
Intel i7-740QM (4x1.73GHz w/ turbo boost to 2.93GHz) not sure which yet
4GB [2GB x 2] 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM
GDDR3 1GB ATI Radeon HD 5650 video card
500 GB 7200rpm hard drive
its gonna cost around $1000. is this going to be good enough to last for awhile and is it a pretty good value for the price?

That's basically it.
Another alternative I would suggest would be either Alienware m11x r1 (intel core 2 duo for $899), or Asus g72($999). If you want the best, you need to add around $300-400 to your budget.
The best gaming laptop right out of the box atm would be the Asus G73jh.

up to 1tb hard drive
i think 4-8gb ddr3
ATI Radeon 5680 or something like that.
17" screen
IMPRESSIVE, if not THE BEST cooling system on a laptop as of this moment.(never gets hot)
Before you buy, you might want to read a little more on user feedback for each laptop. Maybe there's something that will change your mind.
