I just bout a 1400W boss diablo amp, and 2 12" Alpine subs Type R 1500 W, Will i have issues?

OK so the amp is weak, i thought so, especially when you buy off ebay you take that risk. The reason i did get a 4 channel amp, is because i will also probaly hook up some 6x9's in the front of my car. In this case do you recomend getting another amp, or just running those off the deck itself? I really dont know much about things like this so i do appreciate the help. Also... if i should get a better amp what brand or type would be good to maximaze the potential of the subs?
That amp would work but I would not recommend it. Boss amps are not very good quality. You need to find a better brand to power your subs properly.
Do not look at peak or max values. Only look at rms values.
If you really wanted to use that amp then you would wire it like in the link below. I couldn't tell you how much power you will get though because Boss doesn't give rms values for 4 ohm bridged only max values.

You should save up for a nicer amp. If you want to reach the potential of yours subs then you will need a better amp. I recommend getting either a monoblock amp that is 1000w rms @ 2 ohms or a 2-channel amp that is 500w x 2 @ 4 ohms wired in the link below.
