can the size of penis change when I see it from different angle?
I am 14 years old,when I see my penis from my eye vision (at 90 degree angle) I see it quite small and I tell my self that is 3.5 inches but when I see it at mirror I see it quite large as 5 inches. When I measured it I realized that it was 4.5 inches and some times 5 inches , what is the real size that is used at sex, is it the small one or the big one ? and the partner will see what will she see as it is large ot small. And is that size 4.5 inches and 4 inches wide (circumference) fine for my age or it is small ?

my mirror don't magnify because I have seen my penis at 5 defferant mirrors at 5 differrant houses with the same size
The actual size of your penis will not change as you view it from different angles, but the APPARENT size will. The view you get in the mirror is closest to that which a partner will perceive.
Provided you measure properly, that is with a soft tape measure along the upper surface of your penis from the pubic surface to the tip of the glans (ignore any foreskin overhang you may have), that is the true length of your penis.
The flaccid length will vary with temperature and possibly even with your mood at the time. When measuring you may also get very slightly aroused so the length may seem a little greater on those occasions.
The only length that matters is the erect length. Surprisingly, the erect lengths of a group of men will fall into a much smaller range than their flaccid lengths. Short flaccid penises tend to extend more on erection than those already fairly long.
At 14 you have a long way to go to the completion of puberty. Your penis will change much more in this time. There is nothing you can do to affect the adult erect length of your penis since this is genetically determined. For this reason you should not worry about how big you are.
If you look around the shower room when showering after gym or games you will see boys of your age with a wide range of sizes of penis. An older age group would tend to have larger penises, but not all would necessarily do so.
If you are 4.5 inches flaccid at 14 then you have nothing to worry about!
Remember even the shortest penis is perfectly long enough to do its job in procreation in due course!
