The Lexus has only 56k miles on it, the problem is the interior is below-average condition. Asking price from the dealer is 11k. The dealer says they can lower to 10.7k.
The SE has 41k miles on it. The interior looks okay, but the color is ugly (beige cloth). Asking price is 15k.
I love the Lexus and want to make an offer for 8k-9k plus tax. Don't know if the dealer will let it go for that price. I can see myself drive this Lexus until I graduate college (3-4 years).
Camry SE is not bad, but price is way over the budget. And the interior looks cheap. Might lose value for resale...a lots.

IS 300, it's sportier and suits a man more than a Camry. It also has a reliable motor (2JZGE, non-turbo Supra motor). It is easier to maintain because those engines are known to have zero problems. They can also run thousands of miles without any oil and not break down, not saying that you should but if you must in a situation, it counts as reliability. It can also be a powerhouse for a really powerful motor if you are looking for speed. If you are just looking to cruise and not care at all for any of those, then go with the Camry.
