heres another question for the one prior. i want to add another subwoofer to my system what will i need?
i have a amp that does a great job powering a sub that i have in there already. it is a kenwood rms 150 watts x2-4 ohms, 920 peak wattage type of amplifier. i want to add another sub in there and its the same size and brand which is also a 4 ohms dual voice coil subwoofer. i am wondering what i will need to work these 2 subs. another amp? thicker wire like a 4 gage (right now i have 8 gage in there) or a capacitor ( what farad) please help
id suggest just get a bigger amp to power both of the subs and just match up the rms to see that your getting what you want out of it.
