The sub woofer has positive and negative inputs on each side don't know if this matters but just thought id throw that in there.
You want to hook it up to what? Your computer???
I have to tell you that way too many people think the way to go is to buy stuff made for car audio and try to use it at home. While I am sure you can make it all work the difficult part isn't hooking it all up. The difficult part is powering it. Because you are working with stuff that runs off of 12 volts DC you will also have to buy a hefty 12 volt power supply. Save yourself some grief and buy a sub woofer made for home use.
