i have a car battery charger , but as we all know that doesn't last long with an amp at high volumes , the equalizer shouldn't need to much power as am only going to use 2 tweeters and 2 little speakers for high frequencies and midrange and the amp will be running a subwoofer. I have a Pioneer Head unit DEH-P7600. I know quiet a lot about car audio and i can easily hook up a car setup in a car but i just wanted to know how i can hook it up in the house and not damage the equipment.

Next you will need a clue. Despite what you think, it won't sound as good as it does in a car. Car speakers are designed with small areas in mind. They sound they project is not intended for a big room. If you are looking to make a shop radio for your garage, ditch the EQ and Amp and use just the deck with just the speakers. A high wattage computer power supply would work for just a head unit. But it would still be better to walk down to walmart and buy a boombox.
