Is there any business to start with a field staff of 12, coordinator and 2 with full office setup?

We Global Infotech having our office (600sqft) in Navi Mumbai are the Installation Service Provider of Reliance BIGTV since 2yrs. We have a field staff of 12 people with motor bikes and 2 coordinators. Is there any business to start with this setup? Kindly reply if any.
