I see anger as a sign like an idiot light on a car. I ask myself what I need to change & then when I do change my life is so much better for it. Most people are not aware of looking at their emotions this way. Do you have an anger insights?
I used to go to a restuarant in my area cause it was hard to find anything to eat other than burgers & fries. They had great string bean but they would charge different amounts & just didn't care about customers. So I was angry one day but felt powerless.....I asked myself what I could do...it came to me to look up the recipe for string beans on the internet. I found one that seemed similar to theirs & they turned out great. Then I made a new recipe every week & I became a really great cook. So anger can be a gift.
I know that when I get angry I'm just unhappy about something in my life. It's like I'm on autopilot and not paying attention to what I'm feeling or where I'm at. Yours was a great insight. Thank you for it. I'll have to think this one over and see if there's some change I need to make.
