Whats Wrong with my car?. A grand prix w/ remote starter. it and will start, but cuts off after a few seconds
I cant seem to keep my car on for more than 5 to ten seconds. Even with the key in the ignition. I dont know whats wrong. My battery light is on after the car cuts off???? I think it might hav somthing to do wih the remote start/Alarm system??? Its a 97 gtp w 140,000 miles on it. Spmeone please help me out here
if it won't stay idling you should check the IAT sensor (located on the intake) for carbon build up and possible replace your MAP sensor if that doesn't work, it doesn't sound to me like it has anything to do with the remote start if it does the same thing when you have the key in the ignition too. The battery light is coming on because the car died, that is normal.
