Does it really take money to make money?
I work full time and have since I was 14 I am now 30 and have an average size house and nice enough cars and a great family. I have always been told i have a champagne appetite with a beer salary. I have looked into work from home businesses in the past and most of them require a substantial amount of money to make them work, or they are pyramid schemes. My question is how can i make an unlimited amount of money doing something relatively easy and allowing me to spend a lot of time with my family. P.S. please don't say go to college, I have a business degree already that has taken me this far. Thank you for your advice.
That is definitely the time-honored way to make money! Use your money to multiply itself by saving and investing.
Also, to start any kind of biz does take capital. Some businesses require a great deal of capital, some can be started with relatively little, but you are going to need at least some cold hard cash and probably some good credit.
The amount of cash required will also depend on your creativity, and the other resources available to you. E.g. you can hire some web-guy to put up your website, or invest your time in learning how & then doing it yourself. It all boils down to creative resource management! So how creative are you? What can you invest in addition to money? Time, knowledge, talents, skills, abilities, experience, expertise -- these are all resources, too!
