I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla CE and I want to get a remote start/keyless entry system. I don't have a keyless entry right now, but I do have auto locks. Do i need to get the keyless entry installed first? Are there any brands anyone recommends?
Yes you can get keyless alarm and remote start. I personally recommend the viper alarms. I just been buying them for all my cars and to this date I have got viper alarms for 7 of my cars i use to have the 2 cars i have now are just equipped with alarms from the factory and havent had money for it. If your car is an automatic then there wouldnt be a problem for any alarm place to install it. Best buy sells the viper alarm with keyless entry and remote start. If the car is manual you can get keyless entry and might to look around for the remote start to get it installed or find a small shop that does alarms and they might do it. Installing a remote start in a manual car is illegal. Just look at viper alarms and its usually expensive but they always have everything your looking for.
