I have a 05 mazda 3 that has manual door locks. Can i get keyless entry installed even though its manual locks?
I also wanted an alarm system with that. How much will it cost and should i buy a kit myself and have a mechanic install it?
It's not really a alarm i want what i want is a keyless entry so i dont have to use my car keys to lock and unlock my doors.
Good question. Look up a Mazda dealer and call the parts department. You can definitely get an alarm system installed. Mazda's are the least stolen car in America. That's because the key has a microchip that the engine won't start without. Don't lose your key it's expensive to replace. So if you want an alarm to protect the stuff inside the car, go for it, but if you are worried it will be stolen, that's unlikely.
