i would like to connect my iPhone 4 to the command in c220, I'm not fussed about using the phone through blue-tooth to phone people and such, i just want to be able to connect it through the media interface and be able to control the music through the command system. i know that you get a iPod wire that fits into the media interface in the glove box, but this doesn't work. so is there a cable are something i could buy that will allow me to use my iPhone 4 with the car ?
Ok, I'm confused. Benz does not list a C220 in the 2009 line-up with Command system.
Anyway, if you have purchased a 2009 C and have not purchased the universal interface, Parrot has the answer.
These work well and as I got peeved with the Command system in my '07 CLS I've installed the complete iPod/Bluetooth integration kit so that my Nokia is supported. You are accurate that the standard MB system is horrible in its integration to most phones.
