O had Directv come to my home to install a new HD dish so i can get HD channels. I have a dish already which receives great signal. I live in a apartment which does not allow any wall or roof mounting. How come one dish work and not the other. They didn't even tried to install it just ask first if I had a 2 inch pipe then they call supervisor then told me they did not have a line of sight.??????????
What could I do?
The HD signals are on a different satellit in different directions. However, the directions are not that different, and if you already have a single LNB dish they should have been able to replace it with the new slimline 5 LNB dish that picks up all the satellites. Call them again; if you still have problems, call Dish Network.
