Would a sub box sound good in the bed on the truck?
In a 09 chevy silverado crew cab wanna make a hole thrught the wall of the back seat leading to a custome box in the truck bed?
There was a guy at a car audio shop the same day i happened to be there who brought in his Chevy S-10 single cab to put in a dual 12 box in his truck, these weren't the shallow mount subs either. The installers at the shop cut the sheet metal in the back of the cab and put the box in there then sealed it with silicone weather stripping stuff for windows. I never got to hear it but apparently it wasn't the first time they'd done that type of installation. Im not sure about sound quality but if you do decide to do this make sure you cover up the wires good and silicone the gap between the box.
