I have 4 gauge power wires in my car and a 1200 wt Sony xplod amp. I need to know how the best way to crimp a 'v' terminal to the 4 gauge wires for all the power to get to my amp.

I have a pair of 8" crimpers but am i supposed ot use the flat part on the fron that looks kinda like wire cutters or the zigzagged part on the inner portion of the tool?
That is simple all u need to do is go to home depot or pepboys or anywhere that sells V connecters and just take wire crimpers and slide the wire into the V clip and take wire crimpers and close it on the middle of the clip and connect thats all.
