Does anyone know how they hire the "Coors Light" etc. girls that simply promote that specific brand at local bars, pubs, sporting events, car shows, etc?
Has anyone here done this? What are the hours like, and what was the rate of pay? How did you get the job?
And yes, I apparently have the commerical "look" these companies are going for (so I'm told) and an outgoing personality.
I know it's not the best job nor most respected in the world, but it would only be to help save money for school. I think it would be fun and the hours flexible.
Talk to the sales reps - they will hook you up if they think you have what it takes. The job involves a lot of travel and putting up with a lot of crap from not only the consumers but from the reps and company staff as well. Tips are good if you get a gig at a golf course or other high end location. The beer companies have huge budgets for 'complimentary' beverages, and people tend to tip up to about $5 a bottle because they are getting it 'free', and they like to try and impress a hot young woman.
