Give me some feedback on what you lthink.
Make sure that your car battery can handle it, but other than that you should be fine. My friend has a similar setup and requires 2 batteries to keep the system running. One for the car, and one for the sound system and lights.
Oh ya, get some lights to beat with the base. Its an easy setup and looks really cool. Cheap 2, only like $20. Make sure you install it in a legal location however.
