Are under car neon lights legal in nebraska?
I don't know the specific answer for Nebraska, but generally under-car neon is illegal while the car is in motion. While the car is parked, you can have the neon on (and strobes, and all sorts of light shows if you wish). But once the car is in motion, under-car neon is illegal.
As an aside, the DOT states the number of lights you can have on. For example; if you have headlights, highbeams and fog lights, you can't have more than 4 headlights on at any one time... so if you have your fog lights on, your car will turn off your headlights if you switch on your highbeams. So it probably has mandated that neons are a distraction to other drivers and are illegal.
