There is no physical way to have bluetooth on an Ipod Touch, unless you open the itouch and get bt network adapter speific to the itouch via japan or china also you would have to jailbreak your itouch to get the app on your itouch, this is not a wise choice of opening up your itouch because of the void of warrenty also you might damage it causing it not to turn on, or function right. also you should also know what you are doing too.
