Car Electronics And Audio

Ok I can see it being a big thing in Japan but on websites like Fanfiction.net and Quizilla it seems to be overtaking shows such as Naruto and Bleach. Now KHR isn't exactly in America yet I've searched the internet and they have subtitles but no English versions. Also after having studied it only two guys are actually nice and the rest are kind of jerks. Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to bash it and from the videos I've seen online it seems decent enough I just don't get where the popularity comes from. I mean the chibi's, and cute critters, and bishie guys and an organization called Millions Flowers it seems like a shonen trying to attract girls. My point being it's not in english, so most english speakers can't even understand it without subs involved, every guy except for two of them are egotistical pricks. Just how in english and other non Japanese speaking countries did it get so popular?
