Should I get a second battery, a 2.5 farad capacitor or should I be good?
This is what I am putting together. This is a everyday driver.

this is the largest alternator i could find for this car. the high out put alternator site you sent me to, i tried to contact them about a larger alt but they never responded to me so i went with the one i got
the big 3 is done already with 0 gauge wire
A capacitor, battery, and alternator all perform different functions - you can't just choose the best one.
An large alternator is needed to generate the largest amount of power - the alternator needs to generate power faster than the stereo uses it so make sure its lots big. (has to run the rest of the vehicle as well) The alternator you have generates 200 A x 12 V = 2400 W max.
A second battery just stores more energy so that the stereo can play twice as long for without the car running. With that system it would not be very long. And if you do listen to it without running the car you may want to consider deep cycle batteries.
Finally a cap reduces the dynamic draw on the battery and alternator - more so the alternator.
For this system the model numbers mean nothing to me - the cap is probably a good idea from looking at those wattages. Battery is not needed in any circumstance unless you are planning on draining the battery you have. The alternator depends on your total system power.
