needed new battery. put in but accidentally connected the negative to the positive and vice versa. there was a spark. then i tried to start the car and it was completely dead. not even the dome light comes on. in the event i blew out the 100 amp fuse located next to battery. i bought a new battery, new fuse, but when i try to start the car...it is in the same state..dead. please help me...is there something i can do or is the car history.

you may ahve fried more than just that 100 amp fuse, check all your fuses, and if you have fusable links, or breakers, you probably need someone to help who knows neg from pos.
