Hey guys, i know its a pointless mod and its just for show.. but i like it. I want to get the engine start button installed in my 07 mustang but i have a few questions. i know that there is only like 1 or 2 wires that wire into my ignition spot but this is my question, i have a viper 5900 alarm remote start system. The best buy guys told me this is to my advantage because i can start the car with the button without the key since i have the remote start system already....but i dont know how exactly the ignition wire from the button is going to go.. does it go in the same spot as the instructiions say or do i have to put it somewhere else? I guess wat im asking is can i still tap the ignition wire with the button or will i mess something up with the alarm system The best buy guys will do it but for 80 bucks so im trying to save that money.. if someone has any idea.. thanks

Seriously, the Ford PATS-CAN is easily messed up requiring a lot more than $80 to fix. Spend the money.
